1. Introduction

Welcome to Ram Machinery, India’s trusted name in Murukku Machine Manufacturing. By purchasing our machines or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Warranty

All machines are covered with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects only.

Warranty does not cover:

Misuse or improper handling of the machine.

Damage caused by negligence, accident, or unauthorized repairs/alterations.

Wear and tear of consumable parts.

In case of valid warranty claims, Ram Machinery will repair or replace defective parts free of cost.

3. Payment Terms

Orders will be confirmed only after advance payment.

Once production begins, the advance payment is non-refundable.

The remaining balance must be cleared before dispatch/delivery of the machine.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, cheque, or UPI (details provided at the time of order).

4. Delivery & Installation

Delivery timelines will be informed during order confirmation.

Transport and installation charges will be borne by the customer.

Delays due to natural calamities, strikes, or third-party logistics are not the responsibility of Ram Machinery.

5. Return / Replacement Policy

Machines once sold cannot be returned.

In case of manufacturing defects, the machine will be repaired or replaced under warranty terms.

No replacement/return for issues arising due to mishandling or improper usage.

6. After Sales Service

After the warranty period, service and spare parts will be provided on a chargeable basis.

Regular maintenance and cleaning of the machine is the responsibility of the customer.

AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) options can be discussed separately if required.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ram Machinery will not be responsible for:

Loss of business or profits.

Production delays.

Indirect or consequential damages caused due to machine breakdown or misuse.

8. Governing Law

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of [Your City/State] Courts only.
